The breathtaking moon phase of A. Lange & Söhne is now on the 25th anniversary of the Lange 1, in a compact format.
What Germans contributed to the luxury watchmaking industry is undeniable. A. Lange & Söhne is one of these brands. Lange 1’s 25th-anniversary celebrations continue with the new Little Lange 1 Moon Phase “25th Anniversary” model.
With a total of 10 models, the German brand offered a pleasant feast for the watch-lovers, bringing eight of these models together. The ninth model is Little Lange 1, which has a compact construction, excellent craftsmanship and a concept similar to other anniversary models.
The ninth anniversary model reminds us of October 24, 1994, when Lange 1 was launched. Little Lange 1 Moon Phase “25th Anniversary” comes in a 36.8mm diameter 18K white gold case. Other distinctive features of the two-tone anniversary watch include the signature silver dial, blue details, and blued steel hands, the signature of this exclusive collection. The color concept continues with the characteristic movement detail; the movement, which is enjoyed through the sapphire crystal display case back, features a hand-engraved 25 figure in matching blue tone at its balance cock.
The moon phase indicator function requires to be set once in every 122.6 years. The model’s moon disk is also hand-engraved. Six stars and numerous small dots depict the starry sky, giving the user a spectacular three-dimensional visual with golden months.
A. Lange & Söhne Little Lange 1 Moon Phase “25th Anniversary” is powered by the manufacture Caliber L121.2. The hand-wound movement features the signature three-quarter plate made of German silver and offers an efficient power reserve time of 72 hours when fully wound.
The model is limited to 25 units only like the other editions in the collection and is complemented with a blue alligator strap that is secured by an 18K white gold buckle.
