Audemars Piguet introduced a trio of new models for its iconic Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph Collection dressed in full camouflage.
There are three different versions in the newly introduced model family including an 18K pink gold model and a pair of stainless steel models. In the new model family, there are three different models: 18K pink gold and two stainless steel.
The 18K pink gold model (ref. 26401RO.OO.A087CA.01) comes with a brown ceramic bezel -a first for AP to use ceramic in this color tone- and a matching dial. The model features beige chronograph counters and gold accents. It comes on a brown camouflage pattern brown rubber strap that is secured by an AP signed 18K pink gold folding clasp.
The other two models are available in stainless steel cases. Green (ref. 26400SO.OO.A055CA.01) and blue (ref. 26400SO.OO.A035CA.01) models are offered with camouflage pattern rubber straps that are designed in line with each model’s color theme and secured by AP signed folding clasps made of stainless steel.
While the colors themes are new, the specs of the new timepieces remain the same. The case is the standard 44mm Offshore case, with the bezel, chronograph pushers and winding crown in ceramic colored to match the dial, which is finished with the Mega Tapisserie - a signature detail to the Offshore concept.
All models are powered by the Audemars Piguet Caliber 3126/3840 automatic chronograph movement. Equipped with a Dubois-Deported chronograph module, the movement offers 50 hours of power reserve when fully wound.
Stainless steel models bear the US $ 31,000 price tag, while the 18K pink gold model will be available at US $ 45,900. Each of the new Offshores comes with a solid color rubber strap in the box set as an alternative to the bold looking camouflage pattern one.
