Audemars Piguet added five new models to the Offshore Chronograph family, which brings a completely different perspective to the "sports chronograph" segment.
The Offshore product line, which has been decorating the AP catalogs as the sportiest sub-group of the Royal Oak collection since its introduction in 1993, is expanding with new chronograph versions. The new models draw attention with the new case, dial and movement.
The 43 mm wide case prepared for the model family has been redesigned to accommodate the new movement with a slightly larger diameter. Sapphire crystals are used on both sides of the case, which is waterproof up to 100 meters. Equipped with a new pusher set, the case is available in stainless steel, titanium, and 18K gold options.
The new models come with dial alternatives finished in black, gray, brown, and blue. The dials decorated with the new generation "Méga Tapisserie" pattern are distinguished from previous versions with their rearranged sub-dial layout, date window closer to the side, and the new AP logo.
The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Chronograph 43mm model family comes to life with the brand's new movement Caliber 4401. The automatic movement includes the chronograph function with integrated architecture and Flyback feature. 40 jewels / 367-piece movement beats at a frequency of 4Hz (28.800vph) and offers up to 70 hours of power reserve when fully wound.
The new models come with rubber and alligator straps compatible with the brand's quick strap change feature.
