With the new model Endurance Pro in the Professional series, Breitling is preparing to crown the wrists of watch lovers who have made sportiness and versatility a life philosophy. Introduced as the perfect combination of luxury watchmaking and sportiness, the new models stand out with their light but durable structure.
Breitling Endurance Pro features an ultra-light Breitlight® case and a SuperQuartz ™ movement that is ten times more precise than traditional quartz movements.
Breitlight® is the name given to a special polymer first introduced by Breitling in 2016. The material is 3.3 times lighter than titanium and 5.8 times lighter than stainless steel. It stands out with its extreme resistance to scratches and corrosion, anti-magnetic, and anti-allergic properties. Although it resembles a carbon fiber-like structure in terms of appearance, Breitlight® is a form of plastic. The case, measuring 44mm x 12.5mm, is equipped with a double AR-coated sapphire crystal on the front side and is water-resistant to 100 meters.
The final point of the Endurance Pro project that started by the "Well, which watch will I wear?" question of Jan Fodeno, who worked in the brand’s triathlon team, to CEO of Breitling, Georges Kern, represents a proud process for the history of the brand. Today, Breitling is one of the biggest supporters of the triathlon and IRONMAN® competitions, which includes running, cycling, and swimming.
The Endurance Pro Series comes in five color combinations. The models differ by the colors of their inner bezel and winding crown, while each of them has a black dial and a bi-directional bezel featuring compass instructions. The watches with white, blue, yellow, orange, and red color options attract attention with their straps that match their themes. The strap options are Diver Pro rubber strap produced in the same color as the inner bezel or fabric straps made of NATO-style ECONYL® material, which can be purchased separately.
At the heart of the watches is the temperature-adjusted, chronometer (COSC) certified Breitling Caliber 82 SuperQuartz ™. The chronograph function, which can measure at 1/10 second intervals through the hands covered with Super-LumiNOVA®, can record up to 30 minutes. The battery life of the movement varies between 3-4 years average.
