A baguette movement, bridges and undeniable beauty... Corum added two new models to one of its most admired collections, Golden Bridge.
Corum introduced two new models of the Golden Bridge collection, which supports the beauty of the baguette movement with suspension bridges. The new Golden Bridge Round 43 Art Deco watches have a bold design that combines architectural art with luxury watchmaking.
The baguette movement is positioned vertically in the center of the case. This unusual composition is the trademark of the Corum Golden Bridge Collection. The 43mm titanium Grade 5 cases have a black DLC coating. The sapphire crystals on the front and back of the watch offer a glare-free coating that allows you to enjoy the movement. The 5N 18K rose or white gold winding crowns are located at 6 o’clock position. Corum Golden Bridge Round 43 Art Deco provides water resistance up to 30 meters, which is enough for such a watch.
The four symmetrical cable series on the dial extends on both sides of the movement, completing the architectural inspiration of the ‘Golden Bridge’ collection. The structure, which hangs in the space, evokes the aesthetics of the largest bridges ever built by humankind, such as the famous Oresund Bridge connecting Denmark to Sweden, the Millau viaduct in France, the 13.5km-long Penang Bridge in Malaysia and the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge in Japan.
The hand-wound Caliber CO 113 powers the Golden Bridge Round 43 Art Deco. The bridge and plate with the Corum logo are made of 18K gold. The movement provides a 40-hour power reserve to the hour and minute hands that come in facet-cut baton, 5N gold or rhodium plated options. The cables that decorate the space in the dial are also 5N gold or rhodium plated.
Limited to 188 models, the Golden Bridge Round 43 Art Deco is complemented by a black vulcanized rubber strap and a Grade 5 titanium buckle with black DLC coating.
