As the name speaks for itself, DB25 World Traveller is designed for frequent international travellers. Despite the Standard 24h world time display dial, DB25 World Traveller features only 15 cities on the dial causing a slightly un-balanced view.

Of course, this is well compensated by the unique visual detailing of the watch. The micro-sphere being used for displaying the day/night indicator and time zone separator is a solid proof for the brand’s unparalled craftsmanship even in smallest parts. Designed in two sides with 18K rose gold and classic Be Bethune blue, this sphere is undoubtedly the most characteristic part of the watch. The outer ring made of 18K white gold is used for displaying the date complication.

DB25 World Traveller is powered up by the in-house movement Caliber DB2547 which features 38 jewels and 430 parts. Caliber DB2547 is the 25th in-house movement of De Bethune. 28800vph beating movement offers 5 days power reserve when fully wound.  Featuring very stylish decoration details like a blued titanium bridge, white gold screws on the titanium balance and a silicon escapement mechanism, Caliber DB2547 is surely a fascinating movement in both visual and technical aspects.

One of the most appealing part of the De Bethune timepieces is undoubtedly the highest quality you get with strap and the buckle. THe World Traveller’s brown alligator strap and titanium buckle feel no different than I expected. Pure quality all the way..
