Franck Muller introduced the new model family that brings the Tourbillon, one of the indispensable complications of traditional watchmaking, to the center.
The new model family comes with the brand's famous Cintrée Curvex case. Measuring 58.70mm 40.16mm x 7.73mm, the comfortable case is available in titanium, 18K rose gold, or 18K white gold. The elegant case, with sapphire crystals on both sides, is waterproof up to 30 meters.
The Guilloché patterned dials host large numeral indices hand-applied with 20 layers of translucent lacquer. Not only the small seconds but also the hour and minute hands are located on the Tourbillon cage, placed at the center of the dial.
The model family is powered by the Caliber FM CX 40T-CTR movement. The 52 jewels/313-piece automatic movement beats at a frequency of 18000Hz and offers a power reserve of 4 days/96 hours when fully wound.
Stylish models are available with alligator straps that are fixed to the wrist with a folding clasp made of the same material as the case. The starting price for the models in the collection is CHF 112,000, which is a very competitive figure.
