Girard-Perregaux's new Free Bridge and Free Bridge Infinity models pay homage to the 1867 'Three Bridges' model and blend tradition with contemporary details.
Girard-Perregaux, which has gained momentum in recent years with models such as Laureato Absolute Light, Passion, and Quasar Light, is very successful in blending its impressive heritage with contemporary designs. Continuing on its way with this philosophy, the brand once again reveals how it has achieved success with its Free Bridge and Free Bridge Infinity models.
Those who see watches as part of a valuable culture rather than an object and who have in-depth knowledge of this culture realize that the Free Bridge and Free Bridge Infinity models are inspired by the Three Bridges of 1867, which has a special place in the history of the brand.
"Girard-Perregaux is known for its Swiss-made excellence and innovative vision of horology," says Patrick Pruniaux, CEO of Girard-Perregaux. With these models, our masters redesigned the famous bridges that first appeared in the 1860s. The design of Free Bridge and Free Bridge Infinity Edition reflects today and beyond. What's more, each model is strikingly designed and relatively accessible. ” explains in words.
The Free Bridge (Ref. 82000-11-631-FA6A) comes in a 44mm x 12.2mm diameter steel case. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflection coating rises on the eye-catching dial.
