Inspired by the Spezimatic Type RP YS 200 model produced by VEB Glashütter Uhrenbetriebe (GUB), which continued its activities under the direction of East Germany back then, is expanding today with two new models.

Based on the Bi-Color concept, one of the indispensable design themes of luxury watchmaking, the new models stand out with their black and anthracite dial colors.

The new models come with a case designed with a diameter of 43.20mm and a height of 15.65mm. There are 18K red gold and stainless-steel alternatives, both of which have 18K red gold bezel with black inserts and screw-in winding crowns made of the same material. Cases equipped with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glasses on both sides are water-resistant up to 300 meters.

The models added to the collection come in two different dial colors. The 18K red gold case model is accompanied by a black dial, while the stainless-steel version features an anthracite gray dial. In both dials, wide hands with baton and Arabic numeral appliqué indices made of red gold and a central second hand with a Glashütte Original logo on the bottom end stand out. The panoramic date display, which is among the symbol details of the brand, is located at 4 o'clock.

The new models derive their power from the manufacture Caliber 36-13 movement. Designed with a diameter of 32.2mm and a height of 6.7mm, the 39-jewels automatic movement operates at a frequency of 4Hz (28,800vph) and can offer up to 100 hours of power reserve when fully wound. With its 21K solid gold rotor, swan neck regulator, hand-beveled and polished steel components, blued screws, and three-quarter main plate that hosts all these elements, the eye-catching movement can be enjoyed through the sapphire crystal display case back.

The models in the collection come with two different strap options, synthetic, and rubber. Straps are accompanied by standard or folding buckles that are produced per the case material.
