The new model comes in an 18K pink gold case measuring 40mm in diameter and only 10.77mm in height. Offering the beautiful curved lines of classic JLC style, the case is equipped with scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both sides and is water resistant to 50 meters / 5 bars, which is more than enough for a classic dress Tourbillon model. The case is fully mirror polished.

The dial of the model is finished gloriously in a cream tone, which is called “eggshell” within the un-official terminology of watchmaking. Accompanied with elongated applique hour markers and classic Dauphine style hands, the dial hosts the Tourbillon at 6 o’clock.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Tourbillon 18K Pink Gold (Ref. Q1682410) is powered by the Caliber 978G movement fully manufactured by JLC, also known as “watchmaker of watchmakers”. With its total height of 6.50mm only, the movement itself is a perfect explanation for JLC being known as the master watchmaker brand. The self-winding movement consists of 271 parts / 33 jewels, beats at a frequency of 4Hz (28.800vph) and offers 45 hours of power reserve despite its ultra-thin architecture and single barrel.

The new model comes on a hand-sewn brown alligator strap that is secured by a JLC signed 18K pink gold folding clasp.
