Oris, one of the most successful names in mid-level diver's watches, brings the red dial color together with the 43.5mm Oris Aquis series.
The vibrant red hue, which we saw for the first time in the brand's 41.5mm Aquis model family, now adorns the largest three-hander model of the series.
The new model comes with an Aquis-type case with a diameter of 43.5mm. The front of the case, which is made of stainless steel, features a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating and a diving bezel with stainless steel insert and diving scale in relief. The stylish case, sporting a mineral crystal display case back and a screw-in crown, can withstand water pressure up to 300 meters.
The new model hosts the dial that draws attention with its eye-catching red tone, which we remember from the 41.5mm Aquis model. The dial, which has large phosphorus-filled hands and indices, also has a date display at 6 o'clock.
Oris Aquis Date Cherry 43.5mm, like many models in the collection, comes to life with the Oris 733 caliber. The Sellita SW 200-1-based automatic movement offers 38 hours of power reserve when fully wound.
The new model is available on a steel bracelet, which impresses with its build quality as well as its sporty look.
The list price determined for the model, which is acclaimed for its cherry red dial as well as its young-classic design, is CHF 2,100.
