Rado, which is among the unique names of the watch world with its models that combine simple yet functional designs with wear-resistant materials, is expanding its diver collection with the new Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic Diver models.

The new models come with a mono-block case measuring 43mm in diameter and 14.6mm in height. The High-Tech or Plasma High-Tech ceramics cases sport a diver-type steel bezel with a ceramic insert and a box-type sapphire crystal on the front. The sporty case, which houses a titanium case back decorated with the double seahorse symbol and a stainless steel screw-in crown, is waterproof up to 300 meters (according to ISO 6425 norms).

The dial, designed in a closed-form instead of the skeleton now, comes in black, plasma gray, plasma blue-gray, and olive green color options. The dial, which provides sufficient legibility in almost any environment thanks to the Super-LumiNOVA phosphor-applied hands and indices, has a date window at 3 o'clock, displaying the disc with red fonts. The moving brand logo decorated with a synthetic ruby, which is also a Rado classic, takes its place at 12 o'clock in the new models as well.

The Caliber R763, which we remember from the previous versions, gives life to the newly added models to the collection. The automatic movement, based on the Powermatic80 movement platform produced by ETA, a subsidiary of the Swatch Group, offers a power reserve time of up to 80 hours when fully wound.

The new models are available on high-tech ceramic or plasma ceramic bracelets with matte outer links and polished center links (all matte in the olive green version) secured by a titanium folding clasp. There is also a rubber strap alternative in the same tones for the black and olive green models.
