Among the Baselworld 2016 novelties of Rado’s, the Hyper Chrome Ultra Light had a new dial version with a touch of retro inspiration for 2017.

Rado, known as the brand introduced high-tech ceramics to the industry, has gained a new identity to the acclaimed Hyper Chrome Ultra Light model, which combines super-light materials and simple but functional design, with a newly designed dial.

Rado, who is evaluating the return of the quadrant that is in the slight shadow of this interesting feature of the model that has been wowed by the weight of only 56gr, has designed a brand new dial for 2017.

Rado, who did not ignore the feedback about the Hyper Chrome Ultralight’s slightly dull dial design, designed a brand new dial for its innovative model that weighs 56gr only..!

The new dial offers a two layer design. Thanks to the layers that are prepared differently in both the pattern and the height, the static image of the dial in the old model has been eliminated. The bottom surface, visible from the perforated spaces positioned symmetrically to the two halves of the dial, has added a retro look to the timepiece with the horizontal lines.

Super Luminova applied baton indexes and hands provide better legibility while the red-tipped second-hand attained a sporty look.

The super-light case with a diameter of 43mm is manufactured exactly the same as the previous model. Made of matt gray ceramic with silicon nitrite alloy, the case is designed very lightly despite its extremely hard and durable structure. All parts such as bezel, middle part and caseback which combine the case are produced from ceramic while titanium reinforcers are used in the side parts.
