Another surprising novelty from Rolex during the Baselworld 2018 is the new Sea Dweller DeepSea Ref. 126660.
The DeepSea model, which is still offered in its 44mm diameter case, is now upgraded with a new stainless steel bracelet that is more suitable to the case in term of proportions. The new model is also equipped with the up-to-date Caliber 3235 as well.
Some users complained that the first DeepSea model’s metal bracelet was too thin for the massive case. Rolex, who made the necessary improvements considering the users’ dissatisfaction, offered the new Ref. 126660 model which is available with black and degrade blue dial options as before.
The important differences about the new movement are improved accuracy and 70-hour power reserve. With its 5.5mm thick sapphire crystal, helium release valve and virtually indestructible case that can withstand water pressure up to 3900 meters, is better than ever thanks to its fresh bracelet and new movement.
