The brands participating in SIHH 2017 did not forget the female followers. In addition to the new 33mm and 37mm Royal Oak models, Audemars Piguet has also introduced two new models from the Haute Joaillerie collection.
There are two case size alternatives in the new Royal Oak Ladies Collection. The 33mm x 7mm version is powered with the Quartz in-house Caliber Ref. 2713, while the 37mm x 9.8mm version employs the automatic in-house Caliber Ref. 3120. All models have a water resistance rating of 50 meters.
Audemars Piguet offers many different cases, dials and bezel alternatives for the Royal Oak women’s watches. Stainless steel, titanium, 18K white and pink gold case can be had with diamond and metal only bezels.
The 33mm model also features a pair of mind blowing new models .The "Frosted Gold" model, the brand’s first introduction this year, stands out from its peers with grainy surface finishing.
Another innovative design among the novelties is the Royal Oak 33mm, which is adorned with complex diamonds. To be honest, irregular diamond arrangement on the case, the dial, and the bracelet reminded me of the face of the Zao character in the famous James Bond sequel Die Another Day. I am sure that the situation for women will be much different.
The Haute Joaillerie series, which represents the summit point of women’s watches of the brand, has also become one of the lines that show up in SIHH 2017 with two new members. The new family of Diamond Outrage models features 29.3mm wide 18K white gold cases adorned with blue sapphires or brilliant cut diamonds. The total weight of precious stones on the watch is 65.91 carats. 9923 pieces of round and 354 pieces of baguette-cut stones used to decorate the models which are powered with in-house Quartz Caliber Ref.2701.
