TAG Heuer celebrates its collaboration with Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM) and its prestigious event Grand Prix de Monaco Historique with a new limited-edition Monaco model.
TAG Heuer, who has deep ties with automobile sports, is the official watch of the Monaco Grand Prix, and the official watch partner of the Monaco Top Cars Collection museum, is the official sponsor and timekeeper of the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique. The event that motorsports enthusiasts awaited excitedly would take place on the legendary Monaco track between May 8-10 but was canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. As the ACM event team started working for the next edition, TAG Heuer decided to share its exclusive model for this year's race with the watch enthusiasts on the dates that the race should be held.
Grand Prix de Monaco Historique is considered one of the most important events of the classic car racing calendar, followed by tens of thousands of races and car enthusiasts. More than 200 Grand Prix cars representing 50 different car manufacturers attend each event. The cars, selected according to their historical values and degrees of originality, compete in seven series from 1930 to 1970. Let me add that drivers from more than 21 countries participated in the race held in 2018.
