Vacheron Constantin, which is among the “Top Four” brands of the Swiss watch industry, continues to represent its place in the luxury sports watch segment, whose popularity has exceeded the atmospheric level in recent years, with the stylish yet sporty model family Overseas. The two limited production models, which the brand has recently added to its product line, offer details that can be considered a turning point for the brand in terms of theme and design/material.

There are two different versions in the new model family: Overseas Everest Chronograph and Dual Time. Each model is limited to only 150 pieces. The new models are inspired by the prototype used by world-renowned photographer and mountaineer Cory Richards in 2019.

Both models come with cases in which stainless steel and titanium are used together. While the case, bezel, crown, and pushers are made of titanium, stainless steel takes its place at the bezel ring. The cases with sapphire crystals on both sides can withstand water pressure up to 150 meters.

Sporty cases are secured by gray Cordura and gray rubber straps, which promise maximum comfort on the wrist with their integrated design. The dimensions of the cases, which share the same design details, are as follows; Overseas Chronograph Everest (Ref. 5510V/000T-B923) 42.5mm x 13.7mm, Overseas Dual Time Everest Ref. 7910V/000T-B922 41mm x 12.8mm.

Both models are home to matte gray/blue dials that are in harmony with both the titanium material and the overall sporty theme. Applied indices and baton hands with Super-LumiNOVA phosphor material offer sufficient readability in almost any environment. The dial accents, which are finished in the same orange tone with the stitches on the strap, complete the sporty design.

In-house automatic movements beat inside the new models. Inside the chronograph version, the Caliber Vacheron Constantin 5200/2 features hours, minutes, small seconds, date, and 12-hour chronograph and offers a power reserve time of up to 52 hours when fully wound. The Dual Time version is powered by the Caliber Vacheron Constantin 5110 DT/2 movement. The movement, which has hours, minutes, seconds, second time zone, day/night, and date functions, can offer a power reserve time of up to 60 hours when fully wound. Hallmark of Geneva certified movements are powered by 22K solid rose gold rotors.
