A. Lange & Söhne is preparing to set the new limits of high-watchmaking in 2021, just like every year. The brand, offering three new series for 2021, impresses with its high-standard cases and complicated movements.

Lange 1 Perpetual Calendar (Ref. 345.033 & 345.056)

The perpetual calendar version of the Lange 1 model family, which became a signature design of the brand, comes in two different case/dial combinations. For the models with 41.9mm x 12.1mm cases, there are two material alternatives, 18K white gold, and 18K rose gold. The white gold version sports a rose gold dial whereas the rose gold version comes with a sterling silver dial. Both models feature double sapphire crystals. At the heart of the Lange 1 Perpetual Calendar is the in-house automatic Caliber L021.3 with 50 hours power reserve. The 63-jewels movement, measuring 35.8mm x 8.8mm and consisting of 621 pieces, has date, day, month, leap year, day-night, and moon phase indicators. The 18K white gold version is limited to 150 pieces, while the 18K rose gold version is a standard model.

Triple Split (Ref. 424.037)

The new version of the Triple Split, introduced in 2018 and created a revolution in the world of watches, is equipped with a chronograph function that provides a split-timekeeping feature for seconds, minutes, and hour displays. The model is limited to 100 units only and comes in an 18K pink gold case measuring 43.2mm x 15.6mm. Equipped with sapphire crystals on both sides, the model features the manufacture hand-wound Caliber L132.1. The movement, measuring 30.6mm x 9.4mm, consists of 46 jewels/567 parts, operates at 21600 vibrations per hour, and has a power reserve of 55 hours. The model sports a Flyback chronograph along with a power reserve indicator. Known as one of the most exclusive chronograph watches, the second limited edition of the Triple Split model is already a candidate to be one of the most exciting novelties of 2021.

Little Lange 1 Moonphase (Ref. 182.086 & 182.886)

Little Lange 1 Moonphase, prepared to carry the glory of a night where you witnessed the feast of millions of stars shining from a clear sky, has a 36.8mm x 10mm size, 18K white gold case. One of the two versions of the model comes with a plain bezel, while the other one is adorned with 56 diamonds. The watch has the in-house automatic Caliber L121.2, which reveals its complicated architecture with small seconds, large day display, and moon phase indicators on the asymmetrical dial. The caliber, measuring 30.6mm x 5.7mm, consists of 44 jewels/411 pieces, operates at 21600 vibrations per hour, and has a power reserve of 72 hours. Designed to show the phases of the moon for 122.6 years, the watch will be presented to watch lovers with a dark blue leather strap and a white gold buckle.
