After the Ref. 6062 “Bao Dai” recently sold for a record breaking figure, Phillips Auction House hosted another record with an 18K All Gold Paul Newman Daytona. The timepiece with Ref. 6263 aka “The Legend” became the most expensive Rolex Daytona ever sold in an auction $3,717,906, making it the second most expensive Rolex ever sold publicly.
