Alpina which became a top brand especially among entry-level Swiss watchmakers, introduced six new Quartz movement models that are added to the highly acclaimed Seastrong model family inspired by the oceans.
The Seastrong model family, which is one of the cult dive watches of the brand with its 50 year old heritage, has already been a very successful model even back in the 1960s where it could achieve 200 meter water resistance – an extreme value in those years. Being one of the major product lines of the well-established brand, Seastrong model family got bigger with the addition of six new Quartz powered models.
The new models are offered in titanium PVD coated stainless steel cases. The case is equipped with a scratch resistant sapphire crystal on the front face that is surrounded with a uni-directional turning 60min diving bezel with white luminous markers. 44mm diameter case sports screw-in winding crown and engraved solid stainless case back.
300 meters / 30 bars water resistant case is available with titanium PVD coated stainless steel bracelet and rubber strap options.
All models are powered with the Quartz Caliber Ref. AL-247. Besides its time keeping function, the movement offers second time zone (GMT) indicator and date display features. MSRPs vary between 695 and 795,00 CHF.
