The Royal Oak Offshore is among the most well-known model families of the luxury sports chronograph segment today. The popularity of the collection continues to grow day by day, even though it has been a long time since the first ROO model, which was designed to crown the 20th anniversary of the legendary Royal Oak concept back in 1992.

ROO features a very masculine design language. We are sure that re-designing such a "male" model suitable for women has not been easy for AP as we are talking about more important details than shrinking the case by a few mm. Fortunately, AP managed to do this task successfully. The model, which is the guest of our review corner, reveals this success very well.

The model comes in an 18K yellow gold case measuring 37mm in diameter and 12.35mm in height. We are talking about a size that can still be a little bold for a women's watch these days, when we see that many brands abandon the "oversized watches" trend and men's models between 36-38mm are getting back the reputation they deserve.

The case makes itself felt on the wrist with the effect of the specific weight of the material. However, this does not cause any discomfort even on a woman's wrist. The bezel is also made of gold like the case and hosts 32 diamonds (1.02 carat). The use of 8 screws, one of the signature details of the model family, among the diamonds is a notable reference to the collection's history. On the front of the case, there is a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating. On the back, a solid gold case back welcomes us. The sporty model can withstand water pressure up to 50 meters. In other words, you can continue to enjoy your watch by the sea or in the pool.

The dial of the model features the Tapisserie pattern, another signature detail of the collection. However, since the model in question is a women's watch, the pattern is called "Lady Tapisserie" due to its ratio. The dial sports yellow gold-toned counters, blue external zone, yellow gold applied hour markers, and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating. The date indicator is at 4:30.

The stunning model is powered by the Caliber 2385 movement. The automatic movement can offer up to 40 hours of power reserve when fully wound.
