Carl F. Bucherer introduced the 18K pink gold version of the Manero Flyback Chronograph that was added to the brand’s product range last year.
The new model is basically the same with the Manero Flyback Chronograph, which was introduced to the watch enthusiasts last year. The model, which was highly acclaimed especially by the fans of 1940s classic sports chronograph theme, is re-introduced in 18K pink gold, which highlights its classic side without getting away from the sporty character.
The model is offered in an 18K pink gold case measuring 43mm in diameter and 14.45mm in height. A tad bigger for the classic sports chronograph style, the case promises a bold wrist presence thanks to its elongated lugs and polished smooth bezel. The case is water resistant to 30 meters / 3 bars and is equipped with scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both sides. The domed sapphire crystal on the front face highlights the model’s retro-inspired design with the help of the smooth bezel while the sapphire crystal display case back offer an enjoyable view of the movement decorated in Carl F. Bucherer standards.
Carl F. Bucherer Manero Flyback Rose Gold (Ref. 00.10919.03.33.02) comes in a classic Bi-Compax style matt black dial and a pair of contrasting chronograph counters. The shield style indices and sword hands are also finished in red gold and accompanied with red accents that provides a sporty touch. The dial features a date display window at 6 o’clock as well as a printed tachymeter scale around the dial – a signature detail for classical chronographs.
The new model comes to life with the Caliber CFB 1970 movement. The 25-jewels automatic movement beats at a frequency of 4Hz (28,800vph) and offers 42 hours of power reserve when fully wound. Equipped with column-wheel Flyback chronograph feature, the movement is enjoyed through the transparent case back.
Carl F. Bucherer Manero Flyback Rose Gold comes in a racing style black leather strap with perforated holes. The strap is adorned with matching red stitches and secured with a Carl F. Bucherer made of 18K pink gold.
The model is scheduled to be officially introduced at the upcoming Baselworld 2019 fair, with a MSRP of EUR 15,900.
