Montblanc added a new model family to its product line within the scope of 2021 novelties; Heritage Pythagore Small Second Limited Edition 148. Inspired by the Pythagore model of the legendary manufacturer Minerva, which continues its activities within the brand, the collection hosts two different versions.
The new model comes in a 39mm x 9.50mm case with 18K pink and white gold options. The case, with sapphire crystals on both sides, can withstand water pressure up to 50 meters. The elegant case is accompanied by a crown with an embossed Montblanc emblem.
Newly added models are home to dials designed with gradient burnt caramel and blue tones. In addition to the large numerals and baton indices, the dial features Dauphine-style hands designed with curved ends and a small second counter at 6 o'clock along with the classic Montblanc logo at 12 o'clock and the hidden Minerva logo between 4 and 5 o'clock.
Caliber MB M14.08, designed and manufactured in Montblanc, gives life to the new model. The hand-wound movement, carefully sized and designed according to the Golden Section concept, operates at a frequency of 2.5Hz (18,000vph) and offers up to 80 hours of power reserve when fully wound. The stylish movement, which includes rhodium-plated and circular decorated body and bridges made of German silver, as well as a gold-plated and hand chamfered going-train, can be viewed through the sapphire crystal display case back.
