Breitling has created a new and special design to celebrate its long-term cooperation with Bentley. The new Breitling Premier Bentley Mulliner Limited Edition draws its design inspiration from Continental GT's latest model Continental GT Mulliner Convertible.
Breitling's partnership with Bentley Motors dates back to 2002 when the legendary iconic car brand designed the Continental GT model. However, the brands' acquaintance is much older. Willy Breitling, the grandson of the master watchmaker and businessperson Léon Breitling, was a loyal Bentley customer.
Bentley's Mulliner workshop is an extension of the family company Mulliner, dating back to 1559. However, the family's turning point was in 1760 when Francis Mulliner took over the task of building and providing cars for the Royal Post. In 1870, Francis's son Robert Bouverie Mulliner founded the 'coachbuilding' production company, Mulliner London Limited, who shared his father's pursuit of excellence.
For nearly 150 years, Mulliner has been providing custom-made crafts that are manufactured to high standards to meet the rigorous requirements of its customers. Mulliner started production for Bentley in 1923 before collaborating with the automotive brand, and for more than 60 years, it continues to bring the brand's creativity and make their customers' dreams come true.
A Breitling worthy of Bentley and Mulliner names is both very special and very valuable. This new chronograph is similar to the Breitling watch on the dashboard of the Bentley Continental GT Mulliner Convertible, the most luxurious GT ever designed.
The Breitling Premier Bentley Mulliner Edition (Ref. AB0118A71G1P1) comes with a 42mm stainless steel case. On the left side of the case, there is a plate, the design of which is based on the control panel in the historic Bentley, with the engraving 'Bentley' on it. The model has the inscription "MULLINER EDITION-BREITLING-ONE OF 1000" around the back cover of the sapphire crystal partition. The case sports an AR-coated sapphire crystal on the front sides and is water-resistant to 100 meters.
The model's sleek, vertically brushed silver dial resembles the clock on the dashboard of the Bentley Continental GT Mulliner Convertible. The 30-minute counter has a blue sub-dial at 3 o'clock and a small second sub-dial at 9 o'clock. Reminiscent of the red stitch in the interior of the Bentley Continental GT Mulliner Convertible, the second's hand and the centered 60-minute scale make the dial more vivid.

A blue crocodile leather strap, inspired by the car’s Imperial Blue leather interior design, complements the watch, which is limited to just 1000 pieces.
