The Saxony watchmaker Glashütte Original introduced its latest limited edition model Glashütte Original PanoMatic Luna Limited Edition for ladies. The model, which brings together the signature features of the German brand under the same roof, draws attention with its elegant feminine details.
The PanoMatic Luna women’s collection, added to the Glashütte Original product group in 2011, features of brand-identified complications like the panoramic big date display and moon-phase indicator. The PanoMatic Luna, equipped with mother-of-pearl dials and diamond accents, added a new limited edition timepiece to the women’s models. The new model, limited to only 50 pieces, is dazzling with its red strap and ruby set ??dial.
The new model is offered in a stainless steel case measuring 39.4mm in diameter and 12mm in height. The delicately designed case is equipped with an anti-glare coated and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal that is surrounded by a bezel adorned with 64 brilliant cut diamonds. The case is water resistant to 30 meters / 3 bars and is accompanied by a transparent sapphire crystal case back and a ruby set winding crown.
Glashütte Original PanoMatic Luna Limited Edition comes with a mother of pearl dial that we are familiar with from other models in the collection. The dial features the brands signature details like the panoramic big date display and the moon phase indicator, as well as the off-centered sub-dial that is adorned with 18 pieces of rubies on the hour markers. The small second counter is located at 6 o’clock position of the time reading sub dial. The dial, which is manufactured at the brand’s factory at Pforzheim, is accompanied with white gold hands.
The new model beats with the brand’s manufacture movement Caliber 90-12. Self-winding movement operates at a frequency of 4Hz (28.800vph) and offers 42 hours of power reserve when fully wound. The movement bears typical technical and cosmetic details of the brand such as duplex swan-neck fine adjustment, classic three-quarter main plate, blued screws, hallmark of Glashütte engraving on balance cock, double G logo skeleton oscillating rotor and can be enjoyed through the sapphire crystal display case back.
