Hamilton added a new reference to the Khaki Field Mechanical family, its successful Military Watch model with vintage inspirations. The highly acclaimed collection says hello to its bronze-themed member today.
Continuing its activities under the umbrella of the Swatch Group, the American-origin Swiss brand Hamilton is among the first names that come to mind when it comes to entry and mid-level Swiss mechanical watches. Hamilton, which is among the favorite brands of watch lovers with both Heritage and modern models, maintains its almost unrivaled position in terms of price/performance.
The newly introduced model is included in the Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical collection, which the brand launched in 2018. Inspired by the model produced by the brand in the middle of the 20th century, nicknamed “Hacked” (the feature of stopping the second hand when you pull the crown), the collection continues to attract a great deal of attention since the day it was released.
The collection, which has won the sympathy of almost every watch lover with its 38mm diameter case, entirely printed 24-hour Military dial, and a period-correct hand-wound movement, is expanding with the new bronze member of the family today.
The new model comes with a 38mm diameter and 9.60mm height designed case. The bronze alloy case sports a domed sapphire crystal on the front and a titanium case back with a sapphire crystal display on the back. The fully matte finished case is waterproof up to 50 meters.
Equipped with classic Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical model family design elements, the dial features beige printed indexes and beige Super-LumiNOVA filled hands on a matte black background.
Like other current models of the family, the Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical Bronze also beats with the Caliber Hamilton H-50 movement. The hand-wound movement, based on the ETA 2801, offers a highly efficient power reserve time of 80 hours when fully wound, thanks to its new generation architecture and relatively low oscillation frequency.
The new model comes on a matte brown calfskin strap designed in NATO-style and a Hamilton signed titanium pin buckle. Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical Bronze is available for sale at a sticker price of CHF 795.00.
