Hublot, which created many successful models with the motto of Art of Fusion, brings together traditional craftsmanship and natural materials under the same roof with luxury watchmaking in the third model designed in collaboration with the famous shoe manufacturer Berluti, whose history dates back to the end of the 1800s.
The model, from the Classic Fusion collection, one of the brand's locomotive product groups, comes with a 45mm diameter case. Featuring the signature details of the model family, such as the bezel screws in the H form, the case is made of ultra-light titanium alloy. There is a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides on the front side of the case. The case back emphasizes the limited edition feature of the model in the metal frame and sports a sapphire crystal display that allows the movement to be viewed. The case, which managed to become a classic in the world of luxury watchmaking its original design, is accompanied by a large, Hublot signed winding crown.
The striking model features a dial finished in emerald green, which has a powerful place in the Middle Eastern culture. The dial, bearing the Berluti signature, is made of the brand's iconic Venezia leather. The color tones and patterns on the leather obtained by natural methods turn each dial into a unique canvas. The dial with Hublot and Automatic inscriptions hosts baton-style hands and indexes embedded in the leather.
The model comes to life with the Caliber HUB1100 movement, which we see in many timepieces by the brand. Based on the Sellita SW300-1, the 25-jewels self-winding movement beats at a frequency of 4Hz (28.800vph) and offers 42 hours of power reserve when fully wound. With its industrial decoration and black Hublot inscribed skeleton rotor, the caliber offers an image following the fusion concept of the model and can be seen through the sapphire crystal case back.
Of course, it would be a mistake to expect an ordinary strap on the model when the brand partner is Berluti. Hublot Classic Fusion Berluti Scritto Emerald Green comes with a Venezia leather strap decorated with the Scritto motif that has become the signature of the famous brand. Manufactured in emerald green tone per the concept, the leather strap offers a comfortable use even on hot summer days thanks to its vulcanized rubber lining. Successfully accompanying the model, the beautiful strap is fixed on the wrist by a folding clasp with the Hublot logo.
Hublot continues to be the target of polarized comments with its Art of Fusion motto and contrary models prepared in line with this motto.
