Harry Winston's Project Z series is one of the collections that has managed to maintain the balance between consistency and innovation for 14 years. At the core of the collection is the Zalium alloy, which is very light and wear-resistant, used as the case material.
The case of the Project Z14 is different from other models not only with Zalium but also with its shape, stripes, winding crown, and unique arches reminiscent of the entrance of the brand's hall on Fifth Avenue. Unlike the previous models, the new model features a fluted bezel and arches that adapt to the curved surface of the dial.
The 42.2mm diameter case of the Harry Winston Project Z14 is 10.7mm thin. The case, which has ergonomic features, is resistant to water pressure up to 100 meters. The sapphire crystal on the front and back of the model has an anti-reflective coating.
We wouldn't be wrong to call it the performance area for the model's dial. Technical, artistic, and structural principles come together in harmony, creating the identity of the watch with strong colors, surfaces, shapes, and angles. Harry Winston blue is used on the markers on the sub-dial at 12 o'clock and on the 120-degree seconds' arch with a 0-30 second interval. Except for the red and black details on the second hand, the dial is dominated by gray.
This model from Harry Winston is powered by the automatic white-gold rotor movement HW2202 that provides 65 hours of power reserve when fully wound.
Project Z14, which is limited to only 300 units, is completed with a fabric-like rubber strap and a Zalium buckle.
