Integrated Bracelet Watches

Integrated Bracelet Watches

Today, we are discussing a subject with fans and even fanatics in the world of horology: integrated bracelets.

When we look at the traditional watch case design, we see that the lug extends towards both sides of the end of the strap or the end link of the bracelet,  attached with a pin or a screw. In integrated bracelets (and straps), the end of the bracelet is designed to form a whole with the case. Instead of the lugs surrounding the end link of the bracelet, the spacers holding the bracelet together take over the connection part to the case. Designing the case and bracelet as a whole brings along a characteristic form.

After this short description, we wanted to gather together the most popular watches with integrated bracelets in the world of watches for you. In order not to overcrowd the list, we limit the ranking to time-only models made of stainless steel.

Naturally, we have the Patek Philippe Nautilus at the top of our list. As you know, the blue and white dial versions are out of production, but you can still get the green dial 5711 model, according to Patek's website. Good luck! The water resistance value of the watch, which has a 40mm diameter case, is 120 meters. The power reserve of the 5711 with an in-house caliber is a maximum of 45 hours.

In the second place is the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak model from the holy trinity. In fact, it would be more accurate to say that the 39mm case “Jumbo” and the 41mm case Ref. 15500 models share the second place as it is quite difficult to get the Jumbo model. At the heart of the models with a water resistance of 50 meters are automatic calibers with power reserves of 40 and 70 hours, respectively.
