IWC has added two "Mojave Desert" themed models to its cult pilot watch, Big Pilot's Watch series.
IWC, one of the most important representatives of classic pilot watches in modern times, is expanding this iconic series with two new models equipped with sand-colored ceramic cases.
The new models come in 46.2mm diameter and 15.4mm high cases made of sand-colored ceramic alloy. Equipped with a sapphire crystal with anti-reflection coating on both sides at the front, the Perpetual Calendar feature model sports a sapphire crystal case back cover, while the other version hosts a titanium case back. Both cases feature a dome-shaped winding crown, one of the symbol details of the model family.
IWC Big Pilot's Watch Perpetual Calendar TOP GUN Edition "Mojave Desert" (REF. IW503004) comes to life with the automatic Caliber 52615, while the Big Pilot's Watch TOP GUN Edition "Mojave Desert" (REF. IW506003) beats with the also automatic Caliber 52210. In-house produced and designed movements offer 7 days (168 hours) power reserve when fully wound.
The new models are accompanied by dark brown dials, sand-colored hour hands, and sand-colored rubber straps.
