IWC added two new references equipped with green dials to its Portugieser series, which is among the most important product groups of the brand.
The popularity of green in the world of watches does not seem to decrease at all. Green and its shades, which are among the most important color themes of the last 5 years, continue to appear in the product groups of brands operating in different segments. IWC, which does not hesitate to include different color tones in new models, also seems to be attracted to green. Two new models added to the brand's iconic Portugieser product line draw attention with their striking green dials.
The recently introduced Racing Green Big Pilot 43 is followed by the IWC Portugieser Automatic 40 & Portugieser Perpetual Calendar 42.
IWC Portugieser Automatic comes in a 40mm x 12.3 case designed. Sapphire crystals serve on the front and back of the case, which is made of stainless steel. The model, which is produced resistant to 30 meters of water pressure, is at the heart of the Caliber 82200 movement. The automatic movement, which operates at a frequency of 4Hz (28,800vph), offers 60 hours of power reserve when fully wound. The list price for the model, which comes with a crocodile leather strap in green tone to match the dial, is EUR 7,350.
The other newly introduced model comes from the brand's legendary Perpetual Calendar model family. The case, which is designed with the dimensions of 42.4mm x 13.8mm, hosts sapphire crystals on the front and back. The stylish case made of stainless steel can withstand water pressure up to 30 meters. Caliber 82650, which is the brand's own design and production, is in the model. Equipped with a perpetual calendar module, the automatic movement beats at a frequency of 4Hz (28.800vph) and offers a power reserve time of up to 60 hours when fully wound. The list price for the model, which comes with an alligator leather strap in green tone to match the dial, is EUR 23,200.
