Famous luxury goods manufacturer Louis Vuitton presented a new version of it’s unique ovoid case collection sporting a second time zone movement with a relatively affordable price tag - Voyager GMT

The unique case form was first introduced with the highly appraised hi-end novelty “Flying Tourbillon Poinçon de Genève” in April 2016. Combining a circular form with the sharp edge box figure, the ovoid case design just came back with an automatic winding and second time zone displaying variant.

The model is easily recognized with its oversized V letter for marking the second time zone indicator. This big V is actually a bridge mounted on the dial. It is used to display the GMT function’s rotating 24h wheel which is half visible through the dial. The date wheel sports opposite black and white background in order to distinguish between day and nighttime. Both the hands and second time zone are set with the single crown.

The case is 41.5mm in diameter, while the movement inside is a basic ETA automatic with a 42-hour power reserve.
