Although I am aware that there are gold models in the collection, when I say Speedmaster, a steel sports watch appears in my mind. As a fan of the complete gold model, it is not difficult to understand why the brand has expanded the gold model range in this collection. The expansion of Speedmaster 38mm family with gold models offers suitable alternatives for those who want to live a sporty style at a higher level.
The new Omega Speedmaster 38 Co-Axial Chronograph 38mm models come in four new versions as Sedna gold/diamond (324.68.38.50.02.003), Sedna gold (324.63.38.50.02.003), yellow gold/diamond (324.68.38.50.02.004) and yellow gold (324.63.38.50 .02.004). Gold cases show resistance to water pressure up to 100 meters.
The model, which draws attention with its fire red tone of 18K Sedna gold, completes the 'cappuccino' style we have seen in previous versions with a creamy-silver dial. However, instead of providing a contrast with brown in the sub-dials of this model, one color was used throughout the dial; Thus, a simpler appearance was obtained. For the sake of integrity, 18K Sedna gold was used in the hands, markers, and the window at 6 o'clock.
The model comes with an 18K yellow gold case, paired with an opal silver dial. The hands are a mixture of 18K yellow gold and green varnish, while arrowhead markers are made of 18K yellow gold.
In both case options, users are offered a simple version of a tachymeter scale and a gem-set version with 90 diamonds.
The Omega Speedmaster 38 Co-Axial Chronograph 38mm is powered by the automatic Caliber Omega 3330, which provides 52 hours of power reserve when fully wound.
Yellow gold models come with green leather straps while a brown leather strap complements the Sedna gold versions.
