Oris, one of the independent names of the luxury watchmaking industry, introduced a new limited edition model designed exclusively for the long-term brand partnership with Williams Formula One Racing Team.
The strong brand partnership between the Swiss watchmaker and the famous Williams Formula One Racing Team is crowned once again with a limited edition model, Oris Williams FW41 Limited Edition (Ref. 01 774 7725 8794-Set RS), which tributes to the iconic F1 team’s 41th anniversary in Formula 1 organization.
The model is offered in a carbon fiber case measuring 44mm in diameter. Thanks to the lightweight structure of the material, the middle section of the case weighs 7.2 gr only. Equipped with an AR coated scratch-resistant sapphire crystal on its front side, the case is water resistant to 100 meters.
The dial of the new model is designed in Tri-Compax chronograph lay-out and also made of carbon fiber. The dial is decorated with accents finished in Williams Formula One Racing Team’s official blue tone. Date display is located at 6 o’clock.
The new model is powered by the Oris Cal. 744 which is based on Sellita SW500. Self-winding chronograph movement beats at a frequency of 4Hz (28.800 vph) and offers a power reserve of 48 hours when fully wound.
Oris Williams FW41 Limited Edition comes on a 24mm black rubber strap with a black DLC-coated titanium folding clasp. The timepiece will be offered in a limited span of 410 units only at CHF 4,350.
