Hi-End watch manufacturer Patek Philippe marked the 40th year of its iconic model Nautilus with a couple of limited edition timepieces.
This year is the 40th year of the iconic Patek Philippe Nautilus created by the legendary watch designer Gerald Genta. The brand, known with its distant attitude for special/limited editions and conservative manners, designed a pair of limited edition timepieces to mark the occasion.
Patek Philippe Nautilus ref: 5976/1G is limited to 1300pcs. only. The 18K solid white gold case measures 49.25mm which was quite a bold move for Patek Philippe. The limited edition model sports the brand’s Flyback feature automatic chronograph movement. Besides the massive case, the new model is also differentiated by its specially marked dial featuring ’1976-40-2016’ writing for the 40th year occasion. The MSRP for the model is stated as £69,960.
