Produced to celebrate Porsche’s comeback to the legandry Le Mans race, Chopard Superfast Chrono 919 Edition combines the traditional craftsmanship with modern racing spirit.
As an addition to the Superfast collection relased at 2013, Porsche 919 Edition also holds the pole position of the entire product range.
Almost every detail on the watch resembles to the actual Porsche 919 with the traditional touch of Chopard.
The stainless steel case measuring at a hefty 45mm X 15mm wears quite balanced on the wrist with lots of presence spread out.
While the side lines on the case match the sporty look of the watch perfectly the tachymetric bezel and the PVD treated screws reveal the racing theme.
The grey color on the dial is specially chosen to match Porsche 919’s finish while the lines represents tail diffuser grill.
The watch features a sapphire case back with a WR100M water resistence.

Another interesting yet tempting details is the old racing wheel pattern applied on the winding crown.
Chopard Porsche 919 Edition is equipped with an in-house automatic flyback chronograph module - Chopard 03.03-M.60
While it’s night time visibility is boosted via SuperLuminova applied hands and indexes the dial also gets a beautiful custom 919 logo applied at the center.
The watch is presented with matte black rubber strap and matching folding clasp. The flat pattern on the rubber strap pays tribute to slick tyres with no tread pattern at all.
The watch is limited to 919 pieces only.
