TAG Heuer takes the affordable and technological Tourbillon game a step further. The brand introduces a first in the sector by offering a carbon composite balance spring in its new model. This model not only hosts technical features but also sporty details.
Carrera Calibre Heuer 02T Tourbillon Nanograph, a new version of the Carrera Heuer 02Tintroduced in 2016 which has a bomb effect in the watch industry with its price tag, features a 45mm diameter PVD-coated titanium case and a carbon bezel. The hexagonal patterns are used abundantly and the yellow details used on the dial and the strap of the model emphasize the sporting character that dominates the general.
TAG Heuer Carrera Caliber Heuer 02T Tourbillon Nanograph (Ref. CAR5A8K.FT6172) is powered by the in-house automatic Caliber Heuer 02T. The 31mm diameter, 33-jewel, 28800vph-operated movement has a power reserve of 65 hours as well as a COSC certificate. For the first time in this model, TAG Heuer uses a carbon composite material. The material aims to increase the efficiency of the watch in terms of durability and precision with the capacity to operate without being affected by the negative aspects of gravity and shocks. Considering the fact that the Tourbillon escapement has been developed for improved accuracy in the first place, the new model should be super accurate.
TAG Heuer Carrera Caliber Heuer 02T Tourbillon Nanograph will be available in May with a price tag of US$ 25,500.
