Celebrating its 160th anniversary this year, TAG Heuer introduced two limited editions: Carrera 160 Years Silver Limited Edition and Carrera 160 Years Montreal Limited Edition. The brand that aimed collectors rather than the general enthusiasts with these models. Now with the Carrera Sport Chronograph 44mm Caliber Heuer 02 Automatic model, TAG Heuer appeals to the general, watch loving audience. Each model in the 2020 collection shares the Heuer 02 chronograph movement, produced in-house.
Carrera Sport Chronograph 44mm Caliber Heuer 02 Automatic comes in four different versions as black dial steel bracelet (Ref. CBN2A1B.BA0643), blue dial steel bracelet (Ref. CBN2A1A.BA0643), green dial steel bracelet (Ref. CBN2A10.BA0643) and black dial leather strap (Ref. CBN2A10.BA0643) Ref. CBN2A5A.FC6481).
The 44mm steel case of the Carrera Sport Chronograph (Ref. CBN2A5A.FC6481), which comes with a black leather strap, draws attention with its 18K 5N rose gold details. These details include the winding crown at 3 o'clock and the pushers at 2 and 4 o'clock. The black ceramic bezel with pink gold numbers completes these details. Curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides rises above the dial. The case, equipped with a sapphire crystal display case back, is water-resistant to 100 meters.
Black dial features, 18K 5N rose gold plated, white Super-LumiNOVA filled markers and hands as well as a TAG Heuer logo.
Only one of the steel bracelet versions, the green dial version (Ref. CBN2A10.BA0643), has a stainless-steel bezel. Other watches come with ceramic bezels that match the dial colors. All steel bracelet models feature rhodium-plated, white Super-LumiNOVA filled hands, and makers.
