Tudor Black Bay Fifty-Eight Navy Blue

Another novelty for 2020 came from Tudor. The famous brand has added a new model to the highly acclaimed Fifty-Eight model family with a navy-blue bezel and dial.

Tudor, which has become one of the epic rebirth stories of the watch industry with its Heritage Black Bay model as well as its successful management that set the standard in the industry, introduced a new model: Black Bay Fifty-Eight Navy Blue.

The brand, which has a deep-rooted history and many successful models in the Diver Watch concept, has added a new version to the Black Bay Fifty-Eight series, which is among the stylish and elegant models of this segment. Sharing the same technical platform as previous models, the new version carries the legacy of the brand to the present with its blue dial and bezel.

The new model comes in a stainless-steel case measuring 39mm in diameter. Equipped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal on the front, as well as a screw-in winding crown and a solid case back, the model is water-resistant to 200 meters. The new model comes with a unidirectional diver’s bezel like the previous versions but, the novelty here is the bezel insert. Instead of the almost industry standard ceramic, the blue insert is made of anodized aluminum.

Tudor Black Bay Fifty-Eight Navy Blue comes with a blue dial based on the Black Bay Fifty-Eight design and in line with the bezel insert color. The dial, which refers to past models with its light curved and grainy ground, features white Super-LumiNOVA phosphor material on all indices and hands. Offering a perfect symmetry thanks to the lacking date display window, the dial features Snow-flake style hands, one of the signature elements of the classic Tudor Diver Watch concept.

The model beats with the manufacture movement Caliber MT5402. COSC certified and equipped with a silicon balance spring, 27-jewels self-winding movement works at a frequency of 4Hz (28.800vph) and offers a power reserve of 70 hours when fully wound.

Tudor Black Bay Fifty-Eight Navy Blue is available on a riveted metal bracelet as well as a pair of blue straps made of two different materials (Soft-Touch and textile). The product references and Tudor (global) price tags of the model are as follows;
