Chopard L.U.C Chrono One Flyback (Ref. 168596-3002) comes in a 42mm wide and 13.42mm thick case. Optimally sized considering today’s standards for a men’s sports-chronograph watch, the case feels compact and comfortable on the wrist. The main reason for that is the material used to manufacture the case, Titalyt, which is a patented super-lightweight titanium alloy. Although Titalyt may seem like a brand new material at first glance, it was actually used for the first time by Chopard in the L.U.C Engine One Tourbillon model introduced in 2011.

The components of the case, such as the case back, winding crown and chronograph pushers, are also made of Titalyt. The micro-sandblasting finish and the khaki green color gives the model both a retro and a sporty character. The case is equipped with scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both sides and is water resistant to 100 meters / 10 bars.
