Doxa, the manufacturer of legendary diver watches and the choice of Jacques-Yves Cousteau expands its Sub 300 Beta collection.
The Beta family, which we can describe as a more modern, bolder, and more advanced version of the Doxa Sub 300, known as one of the most important divers watches in history, offers a sporty appearance and durability by combining assertive dials with ceramic bezels.
The watches, which have stainless steel cases measuring 42.5mm x 44.5mm x 11.9mm, have been tested according to ISO 6425 diving watch standards and offer a water resistance value of up to 300 meters. The shorter vertical distance between the two lugs of the watches compared to their counterparts allows them to be worn comfortably on thin wrists. The back cover of the model, which is completed with a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, features model-specific engravings.
Thanks to the numbers on the ceramic bezel surrounding the watch, depth in feet and time in minutes can be tracked. Models equipped with the automatic Sellita caliber with central seconds and date complication have a power reserve of 38 hours.
Watches with black-orange text (Professional), black-blue text (Aquamarine), dark blue (Caribbean), black-yellow text (Divingstar) and white (Searambler) dial color options, stainless steel bracelet or dial with rice grain-shaped links They are available with FKM rubber strap options that match the color.
List prices of the models vary between 2250 and 2290 USD, depending on the strap/bracelet selection.
