H. Moser & Cie, the extra ordinary player of the boutique luxury watchmakers’ league, introduced the new limited edition model, H. Moser & Cie. Pioneer Tourbillon Steel (ref. 3804-1201), which brings together the cult Tourbillon complication and a stainless steel case.
Having announced the stainless steel version of the Endeavor Tourbillon Concept at the beginning of this year, H. Moser & Cie introduced another Tourbillon equipped stainless steel model. Hosting an unusual configuration for a Tourbillon featured timepiece, the new model attracts attention with its designed to use nature as well as its relatively affordable price tag.
Designed in a stainless steel case with a diameter of 42.8mm and a height of 10.8mm, the new model is based on the brand’s luxury sports watch platform, Pioneer. The case features the model family’s signature detail concave flanks finished in fine, vertical fluting on the sides. Equipped with a pair of scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both sides, the case is water resistant to 120 meters – an usual depth rating for a Tourbillon watch.
The model’s dial is designed in line with the brand’s typical form with midnight blue Fumé background. Hosting the open heart Tourbillon cage at 6 o’clock, the dial is accompanied with baton style hour marker and leaf-shaped hands.
The new model is powered by the brand’s Caliber HMC 804 that was also used in the Endeavour Tourbillon Concept model. Self-winding Tourbillon movement offers a 72-hours (3 days) power reserve and can be enjoyed through the sapphire crystal display case back.
H. Moser & Cie. Pioneer Tourbillon (ref. 3804-1201) will only be limited to 50 units with a MSRP of US $ 49,900 (US list).
