Hublot, which do not hesitate to try every possible way to push the boundaries of the "Art of Fusion" motto, is the guest of our Hands On corner with another stunning ladies model designed in collaboration with the famous fashion house Italia Independent.
"Art of Fusion", is now more than a motto for Hublot. When we look at the new models that the brand offered to the watch lovers in recent years, we see that a lot of materials that exceed our imagination are used. The member of the product line that employed a wide variety of materials like leather, fabrics, sapphire crystal and concrete is the HUBLOT Big Bang One Click Italia Independent Blue Velvet which attracts attention with its velvet accents.
The model is offered in a beautiful mirror-polished black case. Ceramic is not only Hublot-specific but also adopted by many brands due to its user-friendly and aging-resistant nature. Designed with a not that modest for a lady’s watch 39mm in diameter, the case is equipped with anti-reflective treated scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both sides. The black bezel at the front side of the iconic port hole shaped case is adorned with 42 pieces of diamonds with a total value of 1.00 carats.
One of the most important features of the model that is designed in cooperation with Italia Independent, is the accents applied by using natural velvet as its name suggests. The dial surface is covered by blue velvet and accompanied by 10 diamond set indices with a total value of 0.16 carats. Classic Big Bang style hand set is used in the dial which offers brilliant tones against light from different angles.
HUBLOT Big Bang One Click Italia Independent Blue Velvet is powered by the Caliber HUB 1710 movement. Self-winding movement beats at a frequency of 4Hz (28,800vph) and offers 50 hours of power reserve when fully wound. The movement which bears a perforated oscillating rotor that is inspired by the Hublot logo, is enjoyable through the sapphire crystal case back.
Another part of the model that emphasizes the velvet concept is its strap. The strap offers a black vulcanized rubber inlay that is adorned with hand-sewn blue velvet which successfully completes the general character of the model. The soft and comfortable strap is secured by the classic Hublot signed folding clasp that is often used in the brand’s product range made of black PVD coated stainless steel.
