If you are interested in yachting, you should be familiar with Hublot and its product groups that have plenty of options to suit all tastes. I am talking about the Hublot models that take their design from deep blues and characters from vast waves… The Classic Fusion family hosts countless models created in the light of these philosophies. While some watch aficionados are happy with the abundance of models produced with almost every possible combination of materials and colors some are confused to make a choice. It is not easy to choose from dozens of models that differ from each other, including limited production versions.

Hublot Classic Fusion Chrono Bol d'Or Mirabaud Limited Edition is a model that was introduced in the second half of 2019 and produced in a limited span of only 81 units. It is possible to come across abundant breeze from yachting and racing spirit in the model, which was produced exclusively for the 81st anniversary of Bol d'Or Mirabaud sailing race held in Lake Geneva in Switzerland. The challenging race, which lasts 125km with 500 boats, is considered one of the most important sailing competitions in the world. Hublot has been supporting this important organization for eight years as one of its main sponsors.

The model comes in a 45mm x 13mm case made of titanium. Featuring both glossy and matt surfaces, the case, which is water-resistant to 50 meters, is equipped with sapphire crystals on both sides. The chronograph sub-dials in Bi-Compax layout on the dial behind the AR-coated sapphire crystal greet us with shades of gray and blue. It is possible to see this gray and blue color theme that evokes stormy seas in the rest of the model. Well, what could be more natural than a watch designed specifically for sailing racing evoking strong winds?

At the heart of the watch is the automatic Caliber HUB1143. The ETA 2893-2 based movement draws attention with its modular chronograph structure. The 59-jewel caliber beats at 28800vph and has a 42-hour power reserve.
