HYT, which is one of the extraordinary brands of luxury watchmaking with its models with liquid system displays, added four new limited edition versions to its H4 model.
There are four different models in the new collection. For models that vary according to liquid colors, reference and production quantity information is as follows:
Multi-color version (Ref. 512-TD-66-GF-RN) 15 pcs
Green version (Ref. 512-TD-69-GF-RN) 50 pcs
Red version (Ref. 512-TD-68-RF-RN) 50 pcs
Blue version (Ref. 512-TD-67-BF-RN) 50 pcs
The new models are offered in black DLC coated, micro-blasted and satin-finished titanium cases measuring 51mm in diameter and 17.9mm in height. The case is equipped with AR coated and scratch resistant sapphire crystals (domed on the front side) and is water resistant to 50 meters / 5 bars.
The materials and techniques used for the other components on the case have not changed. The two adjustment levers in the case and the embossed piece at 6 o’clock are made of titanium black with a black PVD coating. The water resistance of the case is limited to 50 meters / 5 bar. The other components of the case bear similar specs like the titanium screw-down crown with black DLC coating, titanium push-button crown with black DLC coating and titanium dome at 6,again, with black DLC coating.
The dials are designed in exclusive color themes displaying the functions in following formation; Green, Red, Blue or fluidic hours, minutes, seconds and power reserve indicator. Designed with Rhodium-plated and sand-blasted hours flange with white numerals and made of transparent composite loaded with fluorescent nanoparticles, the dials offer green, blue and red indexes and numerals as well as yellow, green, or blue minute hands with white Super-LumiNova® phosphor material.
Of course, all that visual feast is supported by the HYT’s exclusive patented micro-fluidic module featuring Borosilicate glass capillary tube, nano-coating interior and multi-layer metal bellows. There are two immiscible liquids used; one transparent, the other one colored with a highly resistant dye. Each specific bellow and liquid is regulated by thermal compensator with dedicated high-tech ceramic fluidic restrictors.
The models are powered by a manual winding movement manufactured by HYT. 35 jewels movement beats at 4Hz (28800vph) and offers 65 hours of power reserve when fully wound. The movement is decorated with beveled bridges adorned with Côtes de Genève patterns. The interface system offered with the movement allows transmission between movement and fluidic module by conversion of rotation into linear movement using a cam-follower system. Isostatic connection of the fluidic system guaranteed by a trident.
The system that illuminates the dial is activated by activated by pressing the push-button crown. The dial is lit by two LEDs located under the dome and powered directly by a micro-generator.
The new models are offered with straps made of black technical fabric with grey top-stitching and secured by black DLC coated titanium folding buckles.
