MB&F introduced the Legacy Machine FlyingT, the first dedicated women’s watch from the brand.
Founded in 2004, the young brand today has a strong place among the indispensable names of the unique and exotic timepieces. Fascinating the watch enthusiasts with its interesting models that redefine the limits of design and engineering, the brand added a female model to its product line. The new model comes in three different references, including versions heavily adorned with diamonds.
The case measures 38.50mm in diameter and 20mm in height, which is quite bold for a women’s timepiece. 18K white gold case is equipped with scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both sides. Speaking of crystals let me add that the main reason for the 20mm thickness is the over-domed crystal on the front face. Elongated lugs and the bezel is paved with diamonds.
The dial of the new model is the most obvious point where the three versions are separated. The first version features a black lacquered dial. In other versions, brilliant cut or baguette cut diamonds are included. In the meantime, the miniature plate forming the dial is placed at a 50-degree angle, which results in time being read by the wearer only.
The model has an automatic movement with Flying Tourbillon feature. The Tourbillon escapement is located in the center – an unusual spot. The movement beats at a frequency of 2.5Hz (18.000vph) and offers 100 hours of power reserve when fully wound.
