Seiko introduced a new member of its highly acclaimed Presage Collection. The new model, like the previously debuted versions at the Baselworld 2016 & 2017 exhibitions, attracts attention with its fire enameled dial.

The newly introduced model is offered in a stainless steel case measuring 40.50mm in diameter and 12.4mm in height. The case is equipped with scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both sides (domed on the front) and it is water resistant to 100 meters.

Undoubtedly, the most attracting part of the new model is its dial. The glossy and smooth surface form that is unique to enamel dials is successfully applied in the dial of this model. Designed by renowned Japanese artist Mitsuru Yokozawa and his team, the dial achieved this eye-catching appearance after a series of heat treatments involving different stages. Each of dial is checked by Mitsuru Yokozawa himself, and a 10-layer paint job was applied to the Roman numeral indexes, resulting in a 3-dimensional and clear image. All hands are handmade with the second hand’s crescent shape counterweight part is finished in metallic gold. The date display is located at 3 o’clock.

The new model ticks with the Seiko Caliber 6R15 which we are familiar with from the other top models in the brand’s product line. Self-winding movement beats at 21600vph and offers a power reserve of 50 hours when fully wound.
