Tissot PRX, which has been among the most successful model families in the world of watches in terms of price/performance since its release, continues to expand with new references added to the collection.

Before moving on to novelties, be sure to check our review video about the Tissot PRX Powermatic80 model family.

Among the novelties, the first to stand out were the versions with silicone straps, which PRX enthusiasts eagerly await. The model family, which was introduced in 2021 and attracted great attention, brought a new breath to the concept of integrated bracelet luxury sports watch and changed the entry-level perception of the industry with its performance compared to its relatively affordable price. Although the addition of black and navy blue calf leather strap options to the integrated bracelet, which is one of the signature details of the segment, strengthened the versatile character of the model family, the main expectation of watch enthusiasts was always the silicone strap option. In a short time, aftermarket rubber strap alternatives began to appear on the market.

Not indifferent to this demand, Tissot recently introduced its new versions equipped with rubber straps designed in black and navy blue tones. The straps added to the PRX Powermatic80 model family, with their texture in harmony with the waffle pattern on the dial, highlighted the sporty theme of the watch. Although Tissot has not yet offered separate straps for sale, we expect that the brand will add them to its e-commerce platform in a short time. Finally, let us remind you that the new silicone straps are also compatible with the PRX Quartz 40mm models.

Another novelty comes from the Chronograph subgroup of the model family. A new Panda is added to the chronograph series, which reinforces the success of the PRX with its sporty and powerful design. Tissot offers a sportier touch on its new model, with a new silver dial that retains the vertically brushed background but gets free of the gold accents and replaces the black sub-counters with navy blue ones. The dial, which emphasizes the sporty aspect of the model family as well as highlights the chronograph function with the contrast provided by the color palette, comes with the classic 3-6-9 layout.
